The award ceremony of the WHERETOEAT Tatarstan 2025 restaurant Award will be held in Kazan this fall
Information about the electronic auction for the provision of services for the organization of the official award ceremony for the winners and participants of the All-Russian Restaurant Award "WHERETOEAT TATARSTAN 2025" was published by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan. The customer is the RT State Committee for Tourism.
The event is scheduled for October 29. The venue for the event should be located in the Vakhitovsky district of Kazan, within walking distance from the Ploshchad Tukaya metro station at a distance of no more than 1.3 km.
The performer will need to provide services for the provision of premises for the ceremony, as well as for the provision of light, sound and video equipment, for the organization of a buffet and the official part of the event.
The initial maximum contract price is 1.5 million rubles. Applications from performers are accepted until August 14, 2025.
