A field seminar on public procurement will be held in Naberezhnye Chelny
On August 12, a specialized zonal seminar for public procurement specialists will be held in Naberezhnye Chelny. Organizational issues of the upcoming event were discussed today at a meeting at the Tatarstan State Procurement Committee.
The event is aimed at representatives of the executive committees of the districts, municipal institutions and businesses of Naberezhnye Chelny, Mendeleevsky, Tukayevsky and Agryzsky districts. Registration starts at 9.00 a.m., the venue is the Russian Drama Theater "Artisans" (Naberezhnye Chelny, Prospekt Chulman, 77).
The main content of the seminar is to highlight key changes in Law No. 44—FZ, to get acquainted with the new conditions of the national regime and the specifics of working on the public procurement exchange. Issues of interaction with authorized bodies and ways to minimize the risk of being included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers will be considered separately.
The emphasis will also be on the practical side of the matter, allowing participants to consider a number of issues in depth. Among them: the justification of the price and the specifics of furniture purchases, the transition to a digital contract with a single supplier, a digital supplementary agreement, the resources of the republican marketing center, etc.
"It is important to keep abreast of legislative changes all the time, because even minor violations can lead to serious consequences. That is why our task is to familiarize specialists with the changes and provide a clear algorithm of actions in the new conditions. This is the fifth educational event that we are holding with a trip to municipal areas," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
