Representatives of the state procurement of six districts of the Republic of Tatarstan will upgrade their knowledge in the field of procurement
The RT State Procurement Committee, together with the Procurement Development Center, will hold a field seminar in Chistopol on March 11 for municipal customers and suppliers. Representatives of municipalities will be trained on how not to violate FZ-44 and purchase everything according to the rules. This is the third educational event held by the department with a visit to municipal areas.
"Such field seminars are, first of all, access to relevant information. Public procurement is a complex field, but here students receive a concentration of knowledge about new rules, trends and tools. It is important that there is an opportunity not only to listen to lectures and reports, but also to ask questions and sort out problems," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Committee.
The participants will be representatives of the executive committees of districts, municipal institutions, business representatives from 6 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan — Aksubayevsky, Alkeevsky, Alekseevsky, Nurlatsky, Novosheshminsky and Chistopolsky districts.
"Public procurement is a strictly regulated field, but you can act flexibly in it. We try to teach you how to avoid the most common mistakes. During the training, we will talk about working on the stock exchange, about claims work, about the purchase of certain categories of goods and services, about the new rules of the national procurement regime. From time to time, a lively response from customers and suppliers helps us get valuable feedback," added the chairman of the department.
In addition to the leading experts of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, invited guests will also act as speakers. The resources of the Republican Marketing Center will be demonstrated by Yakov Geller, General Director of the Agency for State Procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will talk about measures to support entrepreneurs in Tatarstan.
The seminar for customers and suppliers will be held in Chistopol, Chistai Shopping Center, Lenin St., 17a. It starts at 9.00.
