Tatarstan will carry out comprehensive cadastral works for 16.9 million rubles

Comprehensive cadastral works of regional significance in relation to all real estate objects in cadastral quarters will be carried out during the year on the territory of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. Information about the open tender in electronic form was published by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic. The customer is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Tatarstan.

The list includes 295 cadastral blocks in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, Chistopolsky, Tyulyachinsky, Tukayevsky, Sabinsky, Tetyushsky, Rybnoslobodsky, Pestrechinsky, Menzelinsky, Mendeleevsky, Mamadyshsky, Leninogorsk, Laishevsky, Kukmorsky, Zelenodolsk, Zainsky, Yelabuga, Vysokogorsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Buinsky, Aznakaevsky, Bugulminsky, Nurlatsky and Agryzsky districts. Tatarstan. 16.9 million rubles will be allocated from the national budget for the work.

"In accordance with federal law, the payment for the work carried out will be carried out at the price of one unit, based on the amount of work actually performed. For this purchase, the cost per unit is set at 424 thousand rubles," commented Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee.

As a result of the work, the location of the boundaries of land plots is clarified, the location of buildings, structures and objects under construction on land plots is established or clarified, registry errors in information about the location of the boundaries of real estate objects are corrected, and new land plots are being formed.

It should be noted that comprehensive cadastral works throughout the country are carried out within the framework of the National Spatial Data System program, a large–scale project aimed at improving land use efficiency, applying an integrated approach to issues of territorial planning and spatial development, design and construction of facilities.
