The procedure for determining the contract price for the purchase of motor fuel has been approved

On January 23, 2025, the order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service was published, which approves the procedure for determining the following prices when purchasing motor fuel, including automobile and aviation gasoline:

the initial (maximum) contract price

the price of the contract concluded with the sole supplier

of the initial unit price of the product' work' service

The order does not apply to purchases

carried out under a state defense order.

notices (invitations) on the implementation of which have been posted (sent) before the date of entry into force of this order

The order comes into force after 10 days from the date of its official publication.
