A new procedure for issuing permits for the purchase of industrial goods originating from a foreign country has been approved

On January 29, 2025, the order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation No. 7 dated January 09, 2025, was published, which approves the procedure for issuing permits for the purchase of industrial goods originating from a foreign country.

In addition, the order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia dated May 24, 2024 No. 2276 is recognized as invalid.

The order comes into force on the day following the day of its official publication, January 30, 2025.
