Practical issues of the national regime in corporate procurement were discussed at an educational seminar
The national regime remains the main topic in procurement. RT Procurement Development Center JSC held a seminar on "National regime in Corporate Procurement (223-FZ).Practical issues".
During the training, the students, together with the speakers of the center, analyzed current changes in the field of corporate, state and municipal procurement (223-FZ and 44-FZ), learned about the application of the national regime in corporate procurement, studied the aspects of annual reporting and administrative responsibility, taking into account the changes that come into force on March 1, 2025.
The seminar ended with a business game on consolidating the acquired knowledge of "National Procurement mode", and also held a round table with answers to questions.
