The RT State Committee on Procurement joined the Public discussions of the Tatarstan Federal Antimonopoly Service

The Tatarstan Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia held regular public discussions of its control and supervisory activities. The key areas of the department's work were put on the agenda – the law enforcement practice of the antimonopoly service in the field of state and municipal procurement, government actions, control over the development of competition and supervision of the advertising market.

Representatives of government agencies, public associations, business entities engaged in procurement activities in accordance with 44-FZ and 223-FZ, organizations engaged in regulated activities, performers of public utilities, as well as other business entities were invited to the discussion. Employees of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan also joined the discussions to improve the practice of public procurement and control over the activities of government authorities.

Andrey Rosenthal, who took on the role of moderator of public discussions, Acting Head of the Tatarstan Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, reflected in his speech the results of law enforcement practice in the field of antimonopoly control of the activities of business entities. The discussions also highlighted the issues of the agency's activities in the field of advertising control and unfair competition, control of public procurement, as well as control over the authorities of the republic. In conclusion, they answered the questions of those present.
