The RT State Committee on Procurement launched a series of zonal meetings with representatives of municipal districts
Today, zonal practical seminars on the contract system in the field of procurement have been launched in Rich Sabah. Educational events were held at two venues — the Executive Committee and the Sabinsky district House of Culture. In addition, a reception of citizens was organized on topical issues.
More than 250 people took part in the seminars — representatives of executive committees and municipal institutions, as well as businessmen from Arsky, Atninsky, Baltasinsky, Vysokogorsky, Kukmor, Laishevsky, Mamadyshsky, Pestrechinsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Sabinsky and Tyulyachinsky districts. The organizer was the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan together with JSC "Procurement Development Center".
The event was attended by Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Ziatdinov, General Director of the Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC Yakov Geller and Head of the Executive Committee of the Sabinsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Ishniyazov.
"The state order for the Republic of Tatarstan, as for any other region, means a lot, because the development of all sectors – construction, housing and communal services, education, medicine and others - depends on how quickly and effectively these procedures are carried out. That is why the literacy, professionalism of specialists, their ability to work with the law are the key to the success of this work. As the regulator of the contract system in Tatarstan, we constantly keep our finger on the pulse. It is extremely important for us to maintain and improve the professional level of our customers and suppliers.
That is why we launched a series of practical seminars directly on the ground," Chairman of the State Committee Marat Ziatdinov addressed the participants of the seminar.
At the seminar for customers, participants discussed current changes in the field of procurement, studied the work in the electronic document management system of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of procurement, analyzed typical errors in describing the object of purchase and forming applications for a detailed list of goods, analyzed examples of claim work under 44-FZ, as well as issues of applying the national regime in 2025.
During the educational event, suppliers were shown typical mistakes of participants in competitive procurement, told about common and additional requirements for procurement participants, fines and penalties under contracts, demonstrated the resources of the Republican Marketing Center and informed about measures to support entrepreneurs in Tatarstan.
At the end of the seminars, the experts answered the questions of the participants. Certificates of completion of training were sent to all students based on the results of training.
