On November 21-22, leading employees of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Aidar Kotdusov and Guldar Yusupova take part in the XVIII All-Russian Practical Conference–seminar "State and Municipal Procurement - 2024" organized by the Institute of State and Regulated Procurement, Competition Policy and Anti-Corruption Technologies in Moscow.
Traditionally, the conference was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Federal Treasury, experts from the Institute of Public Procurement, customers, suppliers, expert and scientific organizations.
"Special emphasis at the conference will be placed on the planned changes in the import substitution system, the features of the structured terms of reference, digitalization of contracts, established law enforcement practice and many other relevant topics in the regime of changing legal regulation," said Andrey Khramkin, Rector of the Institute of Public Procurement.
For reference: The Institute of Public Procurement, since 1998, has been conducting scientific, educational and expert work in the field of state and municipal procurement, corporate and other government-regulated procurement, as well as in the field of combating corruption. Over the years, the Institute of Public Procurement was part of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA, formerly RAGS), O.E. Kutafin University (MGUA). Currently, the staff of the Institute of Public Procurement works under its own name ANO DPO "Institute of Public Procurement". It is the central certification body in the field of procurement, carries out certification of purchasers, procurement systems and documents.
