On September 10, Kazan will host a free seminar "Effective participation in procurement" for republican suppliers of goods, works and services, commodity producers, small and medium-sized businesses, socially oriented non-profit organizations and organizations with disabilities. The event will be organized by the Tatarstan State Procurement Committee in cooperation with the republic's Procurement development Center. Information about the upcoming training was announced at the weekly meeting by the head of the department, Marat Ziatdinov.

"The topic of participation in public procurement is very important, there are always a lot of questions, so it is necessary that such events take place as often as possible. On the one hand, this is a platform for meeting with experts, on the other – a place to communicate with colleagues and potential partners," said the Chairman of the State Committee for Procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the event, speakers will explain the issues of obtaining and using a machine-readable power of attorney, the application of the national regime, talk about typical mistakes of procurement participants, financial and reputational risks when participating in tenders, as well as the protection of the rights and interests of participants. In addition, issues of support for small and medium-sized businesses will be discussed at the meeting. Mikhail Untura, Head of the Center for Innovation in the social sphere of the My Business Center, will speak on the topic.

The training will take place on September 10 at the address: 86 Peterburgskaya str., Kazan. The seminar starts at 9.30a.m. Registration is open online on the zakupki.tatar website.

Earlier, the State Committee organized a seminar for state and municipal customers on the topic "Public Procurement - 2024: important and relevant".
