The prices of contracts in the field of regular transportation have been determined
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1215 of 09/03/2024 has been published, which amends Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1186 of 12/19/2013.
The Resolution establishes the possibility of changing the essential terms of the contract for the performance of works related to the regular transportation of passengers and luggage by road and urban land electric transport at regulated tariffs, in cases provided for by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 12/19/2013 No. 1186, if the contract price is equal to or exceeds:
- 1 million rubles – for a government contract concluded for a period of at least 3 years
- 100 thousand rubles – for a municipal contract concluded for a period of at least 1 year
The resolution comes into force after 7 days from the date of its official publication.
