From September 2 to 5, the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration of KFU hosts a professional development program "Management of state and municipal procurement". The opening ceremony of the educational event was attended by Andrey Bedengov, Deputy Head of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel at the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Natalia Aksenova, Deputy Director of the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration of the KFU, and Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Iskander Bagautdinov noted that the public procurement system is a complex and very important mechanism. Especially now, when the country's economy shows resistance to a number of risks, close attention is paid to supporting domestic production and, at the same time, maintaining transparency in the field of procurement and proper spending of budget funds.
"It is very symbolic that today, on the Day of Knowledge, we are launching an educational program for advanced training in public and municipal procurement management. You will get acquainted with modern trends in the functioning of the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, and services. I am sure that direct communication with colleagues and a lively exchange of experience will help make training as effective as possible," the representative of the state committee addressed the participants.
The participants of the training will get acquainted with the regulatory framework of the contract system, study the issue of staffing in the field of procurement, take part in a training on client-centricity, learn about possible corruption risks and administrative responsibility, consider modern technologies for conducting and supporting purchases using the example of digital resources of Tatarstan and much more.
According to the results of the training, certification is provided in the form of electronic testing.
