Tatarstan will study the opinion of residents on the socio-economic situation of the republic
This was announced today during the weekly meeting at the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was conducted by the chairman of the department, Marat Ziatdinov.
From August 19 to 23, the State Committee conducted all types of purchases — auctions, contests, requests for quotations. There were 59 applications from the participants in total.
Suppliers have been identified for two purchases for the Center for Economic and Social Research of the Republic of Tatarstan. The organization plans to conduct scientific research on the topics "Studying public opinion on the socio-economic situation of the Republic of Tatarstan" and "Sociological research on assessing public satisfaction with the quality of services in the social sphere."
With the help of a study on the socio-economic situation, we intend to identify the social problems of society that cause the greatest concern among Tatarstan residents and analyze their social well—being - the level of self-assessment of their financial situation, health, life changes over the past year, assessment of the current situation and forecasts for the future. The tasks also include determining the degree of satisfaction of residents with the quality of social services, identifying problems related to the employment of the population and the causes of low unemployment, assessing the level of wages of the population, studying socio-demographic and consumer characteristics, identifying the attitude of the population to authorities, the main problems in the field of housing and communal services and transport services.
The study will be conducted by a sample survey of adult residents of Tatarstan in the form of an individual standardized interview. It will affect at least 2.3 thousand people in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and 16 districts of the republic. A total of 1,250,000 rubles will be allocated for the execution of work on two purchases. The winners of the competitions were organizations from Omsk and the Republic of Tatarstan.
"If companies work in good faith and compete honestly with each other at auctions, budget savings can double. We can clearly see this in the procurement of the CECI. The cost of the contract has almost halved relative to the initial price," commented Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Procurement Development Center prepares courses and seminars for both customers and suppliers. Educational events will be held in September this year.
