Machine-readable power of attorney: preparing for use

On August 23, a live broadcast dedicated to the formation and use of machine-readable powers of attorney in GIS AIS/Federal Tax Service of Russia will take place.

From September 1, 2024, the signing of electronic documents by a representative of the organization (with the exception of the head) is allowed only on the basis of a machine-readable power of attorney.
