New VAT invoice forms have been approved and will come into force in autumn 2024

Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1096 of 08/16/2024 has been published, which amends Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1137 of 12/26/2011.

In particular, the resolution approves new forms:

- the invoice used in the calculation of value added tax;

- an adjustment invoice used in the calculation of value added tax.

The changes will take effect on October 1, 2024.
