A tender was held for the production and release of information booklets on consumer protection issues
The State Inspectorate of Tatarstan for Ensuring state Control over the production, turnover and quality of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic beverages and consumer protection is preparing information booklets on consumer protection. The relevant tender was held by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic. It is planned to produce 210 thousand copies of printed materials in the amount of 690,719 rubles.
"Federal Law No. 44-FZ on the contract system establishes uniform requirements for the description of the object of procurement, which the customer is obliged to follow when compiling procurement documentation, regardless of the method of their implementation. In the specifics of the procurement of printing services and the production of printed products, the basis is the terms of reference. The result that the customer receives during the execution of the contract directly depends on the quality and completeness of the terms of reference. That is why, at the planning stage, the customer needs to clearly define the order parameters and characteristics of printed publications," commented Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic.
Information booklets will be released in two official languages of the republic — Russian and Tatar. In addition, for convenience, printed materials will be supplemented with QR codes with access to information clips - for listening to text in audio format. Photographs and graphic images in the booklets will make up no more than 35% of the total area of the printed sheet edition. According to the contract, it is planned to release 7 types of booklets by October 18.
