The Ministry of Finance clarified the budget classification codes for purchases after June 1
The Ministry of Finance of Russia has clarified the procedure for applying budget classification codes when concluding government contracts after June 1 of the current fiscal year. Clause 11 of Regulation No. 1496 sets out a list of purchases that are not subject to a time limit for concluding contracts (after June 1).
The appendix contains the relevant budget classification codes.:
for the state defense order
procurement abroad
events with the participation of the President of the Russian Federation
for the needs of defense, security and public safety.
It is also explained that for some categories of purchases (for example, when paying for capital repairs, when purchasing within non-tax revenues), codes may not be indicated in the information provided by recipients of federal budget funds.
