Housing for orphans from Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny will be purchased for 940 million rubles

The State Committee of Tatarstan has placed purchases for the purchase of residential premises for orphans and children left without parental care. According to the first auction, it is planned to purchase 348 apartments: 180 in Kazan and 168 in Naberezhnye Chelny. More than 940 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes.

According to the second plan, it is planned to purchase 53 residential premises in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Alekseevsky, Arsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Yelabuga, Mamadyshsky, Menzelinsky and Tyulyachinsky districts of the republic in the amount of more than 143 million rubles. The state customer is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic.

The size of the residential premises will meet the requirements of the legislation: at least 24 square meters per person, but not more than 36 square meters. Residential buildings should be built and put into operation no earlier than 2006. The premises should not be secured, under arrest or burdened with other obligations, should not be the subject of lawsuits from third parties and are free from the residence of third parties.

"At the beginning of this year, the first contract worth more than 169 million rubles was signed for the purchase of 39 residential premises in Kazan for orphans. In July, a second contract was signed for the purchase of 81 apartments in 21 municipal districts for the same category of citizens in the amount of almost 219 million rubles," commented Alesya Muzalevskaya, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic.

Applications for participation in electronic auctions are accepted until August 9th and 14th, 2024. Additional requirements established by law apply to procurement participants. Documents confirming the compliance of the procurement participant with additional requirements: a contract executed by the procurement participant within three years prior to the date of filing an application for participation in the procurement, concluded in accordance with Federal Law No. 44-FZ or an agreement concluded in accordance with Federal Law No. 223-FZ — provided that such a procurement participant fulfills the requirements for payment of penalties presented during the execution of such a contract or agreement. The value of the fulfilled obligations must be at least twenty percent of the initial contract price.
