Restrictions on the purchase of electronic products

The Federal Antimonopoly Service answered some questions about restrictions on the purchase of electronic products. According to the service, when purchasing with the OKPD code 2 26.51.53.141, it is necessary to apply the restrictions established by the Government when purchasing radioelectronic products, since the OKPD code 2 26.51.53.141 is detailed in relation to the OKPD code 2 26.51.53.140.
It is also noted that goods that do not contain electronic components and modules do not fall under the concept of electronic products and are not subject to restrictions.
