The State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Procurement was awarded the certificate of the Association "ROST" for active work on building a uniform policy regarding the centralization of procurement in the region according to 44-FL and 223-FL.
We note that the Acting Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Iskander Gimadievich has been a member of the Association of Organizations and Specialists in the field of state, municipal and Corporate bidding "Equality – responsibility – competitiveness in bidding" since 2022.
The State Committee is working on the centralization of procurement aimed at ensuring high-quality compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation in the field of procurement, improving the efficiency of procurement processes and reducing the risks of inefficient spending of funds. In 2023, the State Committee conducted 937 centralized purchases for the needs of the republic in the amount of almost 7 billion rubles, and saved 7.3% of budget funds.
"Receiving such a high assessment from the ROST Association is an important recognition of the activities of the State Committee and confirmation of its professionalism and competence. This certificate also confirms that the Republic of Tatarstan is on the right track to develop the public procurement system and improve bidding processes," Iskander Bagautdinov said.
