The list of purchases that do not fall under the Law N 223-FZ may be supplemented
A bill has been submitted to the State Duma for consideration, providing for an expansion of the list of relations that are not regulated by Law No. 223-FZ. So, according to the document, it is planned to supplement Part 4 of Article 1 of Law No. 223-FZ with a new paragraph 19, providing for cases of purchase of goods, works, services by an organization recognized as an agricultural producer in accordance with Article 3 of Federal Law No. 264-FZ dated 12/29/2006 "On the Development of Agriculture".
Recall that, as a general rule, with the exception of the cases specified in Part 4 of Article 1 of Law No. 223-FZ, a paid contract, the subject of which is the purchase of goods, works, services, must be concluded by the customer, taking into account the provisions of Law No. 223-FZ.
