FAS explained the specifics of calculating the price of medicines from the list of VED
The agency issued a letter in which it drew the attention of pharmaceutical companies to the economic justification of the cost of medicines from the list of VED.
In her letter, the FAS explained that for the procedure of approval with the supervisory authority of the re-registration of the price of VED according to Government Decree No. 1771 dated 10/31/2020, it is important to take into account the following:
the calculation must be made in an understandable way that allows you to determine how the price of the drug is formed;
the price that is declared for re-registration should not negatively affect the possibility of further production and supply of the drug in the Russian Federation;
if the cost of production has increased, then the price calculation is made taking into account the increase in direct costs for the production of such a drug, which must be documented;
the calculation of the price for foreign manufacturers should include information about the logistics of the drug, for example, the register of imports/shipments and the calculation of the weighted average actual import price / selling price of the drug for consumer packaging according to Government Decree No. 979 dated 09/15/2015.
