We have added exceptions when it is not necessary to apply a ban on the admission of manufactured goods

From January 18, 2024, a new exception will be in effect, in which it will not be necessary to establish a ban on the purchase of manufactured goods.

Resolution No. 616 supplemented the list of cases in which the customer does not need to comply with the ban on the purchase of industrial goods. In particular, purchases of vehicles of the Federal Penitentiary Service for operational investigative measures were withdrawn from the ban.

Until January 18, customers do not apply a ban on purchases of manufactured goods in six cases:

purchase of goods that are not produced in Russia;
the price of a unit of goods is up to 300 thousand rubles. and the total cost of the purchase is less than 1 million rubles (except for paragraphs 28, 50, 142, 145 and 147 of the list);
purchase of goods due to incompatibility of equipment with other trademarks (except for item 20, 21, 40-43, 70-76, 78-86, 94-117 and 134 lists);
purchase of goods for the FSB, FSO, Foreign Intelligence Service, foreign intelligence agencies of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard, the Office of Presidential Affairs, the Main Directorate of Special Programs of the President and their subordinate organizations (except paragraphs 1-7, 67-72, 91-93 and 99, in respect of goods from paragraphs 62-66 of the list is applied subject to the purchase of one unit of goods, the cost of which is equal to or less than 2 million rubles);
purchase of goods for the protection of the Federal Security Service and vehicles for operational search activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
purchase of goods for medical care in an urgent or emergency form or due to an accident, force majeure circumstances, for the prevention and elimination of emergencies, conducting emergency medical services, mobilization training and mobilization, carrying out activities in the territory where martial law has been imposed.
