On November 23-24, 2023, the Institute of State and Regulated Procurement, Competition Policy and Anti-Corruption Technologies is planning to hold the XVIII All–Russian Practical Conference-seminar "State and Municipal Procurement - 2023" in Moscow.
Discussion of the already adopted and planned amendments to the legislation on the contract system will be the subject of a meeting and discussion of representatives of the Ministry of Finance of Russia, the FAS of Russia, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Treasury of Russia, experts, customers and business in the framework of the upcoming conference-seminar.
During the conference, it is planned to discuss issues related to timely and complete provision of customers with the necessary products in the face of unprecedented sanctions pressure. Including through the use of simpler procurement procedures.
The conference participants will also be able to discuss issues of support for domestic producers within the applicable import substitution mechanisms.
To consider possible options for further improvement of such mechanisms.
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the organizational support of JSC "Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Kazan State Institute of Culture, plans to broadcast the conference online.
