The maximum amount of fees charged for participation in electronic procedures under Federal Law N44 is planned to be increased
The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation proposes to adjust the amount of fees charged by operators of electronic platforms from a person with whom a contract is concluded based on the results of an electronic procedure, a closed electronic procedure, including a joint tender or auction, established by paragraph 2 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 10.05.2018 N 564 "On charging by operators of electronic platforms, operators of specialized electronic platforms fees when conducting an electronic procedure, a closed electronic procedure and setting its maximum size." In particular, it is proposed to set a maximum fee of 1% of the initial (maximum) contract price, but not more than:
- 2 thousand rubles, including value added tax, if the fee is charged from a small business entity or a socially oriented non-profit organization based on the results of an open competitive method for determining a supplier (contractor, contractor) in accordance with paragraph 1 of part 1 of Article 30 of the Federal Law;
- 5 thousand rubles, excluding value added tax, if the fee is charged from an individual who is not an individual entrepreneur and applies a special tax regime "Professional Income Tax", from a small business entity, except for the case of procurement provided for in paragraph 1 of part 1 of Article 30 of Federal Law No. 44;
- 7.5 thousand rubles excluding value added tax - in other cases of purchases.
Recall that currently the maximum amount of payment is approved as a general rule in the amount of 1% of the initial (maximum) contract price and no more than 5 thousand rubles, excluding value added tax, and for cases of concluding a contract based on the results of procurement in accordance with paragraph 1 of part 1 of Article 30 of Federal Law No. 44 exclusively among small businesses or socially oriented non-profit organizations - no more than 1% of the initial (maximum) contract price and 2 thousand rubles.
