From July 1, the order of placement of information and documents in the register of contracts will change
From July 1, 2023, the provisions of the Rules for maintaining the register of contracts concluded by customers, approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 27.01.2022 N 60, including the obligation of the customer to send for inclusion in the register of contracts information about the place of delivery of the purchased goods, the place of performance of work or provision of services, the address of the page of the official website on which a court decision on termination of the contract has been posted. Also, from this date, information about the counterparty included in the unified register of procurement participants will be placed in the register of contracts automatically if the contract was concluded using a Unified Information System in the field of public procurement.
In addition, from July 1, a contract formed and signed using a Unified Information System in the field of public procurement, as well as the information contained therein to be included in the register, are sent for inclusion in the register no later than the 3rd working day from the day following the day of signing the contract.
