Are the deadlines for the execution of contracts concluded with sole suppliers in accordance with Federal Law No. 46 limited to 2023?

According to experts of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the conclusion of contracts in the cases provided for in parts 1 and 2 of Article 15 of Federal Law No. 46 of 08.03.2022 should be carried out no later than December 31, 2023.

At the same time, the deadlines for the execution of these contracts are determined taking into account the relevant regulatory legal acts on the establishment of procurement cases from a single counterparty, as well as the provisions of budget legislation and may expire after December 31, 2023.
