State purchases of medical devices for stenting can be carried out in one lot, the Federal Antimonopoly Service explained
The agency informed: it is permissible to purchase stenting instruments together with coronary stents as consumables without restrictions at the initial maximum contract price. Customers have the right to apply an exception to the requirement for the formation of lots.
Such tools include, in particular:
- femoral and arterial introducers, including as part of a set for the introduction of a vascular catheter;
- devices for the introduction, control and rotation of the conductor;
- standard balloon catheter for coronary angioplasty and a syringe-pressure gauge to it;
- disposable intravascular guide catheter.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service also noted that it is impossible to combine several stents of different types in one lot according to the nomenclature classification of medical devices, except in cases when such a purchase is allowed by the catalog of goods, works and services.
