Federal Antimonopoly Service: civil law contracts do not confirm the presence of specialists at the participant of public procurement

To earn points according to the indicator "availability of specialists", participants attach to the application:

workbooks or information about the work of employees;

information (documents) about their qualifications.

The Agency noted that civil law contracts are not suitable for evaluation by this indicator. The requirements for the documents with which the participants confirm the qualifications of employees are determined by the customer himself.
