The first clarification of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the new rules of radio electronics
Specialists of the Ministry of Industry and Trade published the first clarifications on the new rules for restricting the admission of imported radio-electronic products.
1. On the issue of indicating the total number of points for technological operations
Information on the total number of points for Russian products is entered in the conclusion on the confirmation of production, and is also included in the register of Russian industrial products. The list of conclusions is published on the official website of the GISP and is available for download.
Information on the points of products from the EAEU can be obtained on the official website of the Eurasian Economic Commission as part of an extract from the Eurasian register of industrial goods.
2. On the issue of obtaining permits for the purchase of foreign radio electronics
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has not yet established the rules and procedure for issuing permits for the purchase of foreign radio electronics. Therefore, it is not yet necessary to obtain permits.
Customers are required to establish tolerance limits even if the required product is not in the registers. If no applications for Russian products are received from the registers, then the customer can purchase imported radio-electronic products.
