The rules of the national regime for public procurement of foreign medical products and radio-electronic products have been changed
Since August 31, the "second extra"rule has been introduced for foreign radio-electronic products (REP) and some imported medical products with restricted access. We have established a list of foreign RAP with a ban on admission.
Foreign medical products with restricted access
A number of items were removed from the list N 1, for example:
26.51.53.140-devices for electrophoresis of blood serum proteins on cellulose acetate films;
26.60.12.132-ultrasound scanning devices;
32.50.21.121-devices for inhalation anesthesia.
These goods were included in the list of foreign REP with restricted access.
The ban on the admission of foreign RAP
For some products, a ban on admission was introduced instead of its restriction, for example:
26.11.30-integrated electronic circuits;
26.12.30-cards with integrated circuits (smart cards);
26.20.11-portable computers weighing no more than 10 kg;
27.40.39-other lamps and lighting devices not included in other groupings.
To confirm that these products do not fall under the established ban, participants need to declare that the products are included in the register of the Russian REP. Such information is not needed, in particular, when delivering military equipment adopted for service.
