There will be more purchases under the Law No. 223-FZ with an increased priority of Russian goods

We have published amendments to Resolution No. 925, which is responsible for the priority of Russian goods in competitive procurement. The changes will take effect on February 26, 2022.
Now, according to the general rule, the advantage is provided in the amount of 15% of the price offered by the participant. An exception is the purchase of radio-electronic products from a special register. In this case, the preference is 30%. The new document extended it to intelligent power grid management systems and software for them.
