Participants in public procurement will be able to submit complaints to the supervisory authority through the EIS

From July 5, you can submit complaints to the FAS and its territorial bodies through your personal account in the EIS. Participants of electronic procedures that are registered in the unified register of procurement participants will be able to appeal against any violations.
The new functionality will allow you to automatically fill out the complaint form. To do this, it is enough to specify the purchase identification code. The EIS itself will check the correctness of filling out the complaint, the timing of its submission and consideration. The system will also place information in the register of complaints, scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
