To the state and municipal customers of the Republic of Tatarstan for attention!

26 May 2021, Wednesday

Dear colleagues!
On 14.05.2021, the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 667 of 28.04.2021 "On Amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2050 of December 9, 2020" (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution) entered into force, according to which recipients of federal budget funds, when concluding state contracts in 2021, provide for a payment term not exceeding 10 working days from the date of signing the acceptance document by the recipient of federal budget funds.
A similar payment period must be established in contracts for procurement for regional and municipal needs, if the obligations under them were co-financed from the federal or regional budget. Also, separate deadlines are set for payment under contracts, the execution of which falls on December 2021.
In connection with the above and in the case of the organization of the above-mentioned purchases, the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Procurement asks you to take into account the payment terms provided for by the Resolution.

Additionally, we inform you that on 20.05.2021, the Federal Treasury held an online conference "Electronic registration: a duty from May 01, 2021 for federal customers" (hereinafter referred to as the webinar), dedicated, among other things, to the entry into force of the Resolution (speech by A. T. Katamadze).
It should be noted that to date, the obligation to sign closing documents in electronic form exists only for customers at the federal level. However, due to the detailed analysis of the mechanism for signing closing documents in electronic form, we recommend that you view the rest of the presentations.
You can view the recording of the webinar on the website of the Procurement Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan (section Training videos: http://portal-zakupok.tatar/video/front?is_provider=1) and on the website of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan (section Video materials: https://goszakupki.tatarstan.ru/video-avks.htm).
