How to calculate the price of a state contract within the quota, if there is not enough information in the GISP
Since the beginning of the year, a decree on the minimum share of purchases of Russian goods has been in effect. To justify the NMCC by the market method, price requests should be sent to the subjects of the industrial sphere from the GISP.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade explained that if there is not enough information in the system, the customer has the right to send additional requests to other suppliers. You can also take information from the EIS on flawlessly executed contracts.
The agency proposed to fix similar provisions by law. In addition, it explained that if there are few companies or there is no information about them in the GIS, or such data is incomplete,then it is worth recording this.
