They want to expand the list of foreign medical products with restricted access to public procurement

The Ministry of Industry and Trade proposed to include in the list of medical products N 1, approved by Resolution N 102, 2 items:
32.50.13.110, 32.50.13.190-port / catheter infusion/injection, implantable;
32.50.500.000, 32.50.50.190-thermal indicator for monitoring the "cold chain".
Recall that from January 1, 2021, the code 32.50.500.000 for OKPD2 was excluded from the classifier. According to the project, participants in the procurement of such medical products will be able to use registration certificates with the old OKPD2 code.
The public discussion of the project ends on May 28.
