From July 1, 2021, it is not possible to combine medical products of different types according to the nomenclature classification in one purchase, if a certain amount is exceeded. The size of the NMC depends on how much money was spent on medical products last year:
600 thousand rubles, if spent up to 50 million rubles;
1 million rubles-from 50 million rubles to 100 million rubles;
1.5 million rubles — more than 100 million rubles.
In some cases, this requirement may not be met. For example, when purchasing medical products together with consumables for them.
