The list of Russian goods, the minimum mandatory share of purchases of which must be observed by customers under Law No. 44-FZ, can be supplemented

According to the draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the annex to Resolution No. 2014 of December 3, 2020 "On the minimum mandatory share of purchases of Russian goods and its achievement by the Customer" (hereinafter – Resolution No. 2014) is proposed to be supplemented with 53 new items. In particular, the specified application may include some musical instruments, certain types of sports equipment and equipment, medical devices (Draft Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On Amendments to the Annex to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 3, 2020, No. 2014...").

Recall that by virtue of part 1 of Article 30.1 of Law No. 44-FZ, customers are required to make purchases based on the minimum share of purchases and the list determined by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with Part 3 of Article 14 of Law No. 44-FZ. For the purpose of achieving the minimum share of purchases by the customer, goods originating from the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union are taken into account (paragraph 2 of Resolution No. 2014). When describing the object of purchase carried out in order to fulfill the minimum share of purchases, the characteristics of the Russian product are indicated, including those contained in the KTRU (part 1.1 of Article 33 of Law No. 44-FZ).
