Update of the unified information system in the field of procurement (zakupki.gov.ru) up to version 11.1

Dear colleagues!

We inform you that from 04.04.2021 in the Unified Information System in the field of procurement (zakupki.gov.ru) (hereinafter referred to as the UIS), the system has been updated to version 11.1 in accordance with the changes in the procurement legislation. Information on updating the EIS is provided in the annex to the letter.
In addition, we inform you that in connection with the commissioning of the new version of the EIS on 23.03.2021, the Federal Treasury held an All – Russian meeting on the topic "New functionality of version 11.1 of the unified information system in the field of procurement" (hereinafter referred to as the webinar).
