Additional requirements to the EP operators and the rules on the approval of the state contract with the supplier are planned to be clarified

The Ministry of Finance proposed, among other things, to change the additional requirements for operators of electronic platforms. They have reasons why the operator does not accept a bank guarantee to secure the application. The project guarantee will not be accepted if its amount is less than the security of the application.

Now this can happen if the amount of the guarantee does not correspond to the amount of the security of the applications in the notification.

From July 1, 2020, the rules for approving the contract with the supplier after failed purchases apply. Until July 1, 2021, it is held without an EIS. They want to extend this period until January 1, 2022.

The public discussion of the project ends on March 15.
