To justify the NMCC by the market method, price requests are sent to the industrial sphere entities from the GISP.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade proposed to change this procedure: if the system does not have 3 subjects, then customers should send additional requests to other suppliers with experience in the supply of quota-based goods. You can also take information from the EIS on successfully executed contracts.
