They propose to introduce additional mechanisms of deoffshorization in public procurement

According to the Law N 44-FZ, an offshore company cannot be a participant in the purchase. The Ministry of Finance proposes to clarify that applicants for the contract should not also have such a company:

as part of the members (members) of a corporate legal entity or the founders of a unitary legal entity;
among the beneficiaries.
Compliance with this requirement will be declared in applications.
