The Ministry of Finance proposed to increase the threshold of NMCD for purchases among MSPs under Law No. 223-FZ

For purchases among MSPs, customers approve a list of goods (works, services). The maximum NMCD for their mandatory acquisition from such entities should not exceed 200 million rubles.

The Agency proposed to raise the threshold of the NMDC to 800 million rubles (item " b " of item 1 of the project).

It is planned that the amendments will work from October 1.
