Clarified the procedure for forming information for the register of contracts under Law No. 223-FZ

The Ministry of Finance has adjusted the procedure for generating information for the register of contracts. The amendments considered will enter into force on February 22.

In particular, customers will send information on transactions with the self-employed.

Some provisions have been brought into line with the legislation. So, we have adjusted the rules for specifying information about the country of origin of the goods. This information should also be reflected if there is a delivery of goods under the contract for the performance of works (provision of services). The same procedure applies to information about the unit price of the product.

Under construction contracts, data on the country and unit of the purchased goods are reported when performing work, if it can be accepted for accounting as a separate item of fixed assets.
