The national mode in public procurement will be used for disposable medical products not only made of PVC

Restrictions on the admission of foreign medical products apply, in particular, when purchasing some disposable PVC products. From February 7, they must also be installed when purchasing goods made of other plastics, polymers and materials. The new rules do not apply to purchases announced before this date.

As before, for the access restrictions to work, there must be at least 2 applications. The requirements for them have not changed.
