Fines for late payment for purchases from SMSP will be introduced under Law No. 223-FZ: amendments passed the State Duma

Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation were adopted in the third reading. For customers, according to Federal Law No. 223-FZ of 18.07.2011 "On procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by certain types of Legal Entities", fines are provided for violation of the payment term under the contract (its stage) concluded with small and medium-sized businesses. For officials, the fine will be from 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles, and for legal entities - from 50 thousand to 100 thousand rubles.
