Features of state purchases of musical instruments for children's art schools until the end of the year are established
Such purchases are made by the Ministry of industry and trade through an open competition in electronic form. The new document concerns the purchase of pianos, xylophones, drums and other musical instruments, as well as their delivery services.
Among other things, bidders are subject to additional requirements that cannot be a criterion for evaluating their bids:
observe the percentage share of the cost of foreign goods in the production of tools according to Appendix N 2 to the order (as of September 15, 2020). In the second part of the application, you will need certified copies of route and operational maps of the production;
perform technological operations in the Russian Federation for the production of tools in accordance with Appendix n 3 to the order. In the second part of the application, you will need, in particular, to describe foreign materials and components that are used in the production of goods.
The contracts will provide for performers to perform technological operations, as well as reduce the percentage of the cost of foreign goods used in the production.
The changes took effect on December 1.
