When purchasing medicines, all state customers will soon be required to use a single catalog of medicines

2 December 2020, Wednesday

The Ministry of health reported that from December 21, 2020, all customers are required to use a single structured reference book-the catalog of medicines for medical use (ESCLP) when purchasing medicines.

The Agency reminded that information from the directory should be used at different stages of procurement:

when preparing purchase documentation — for calculating the NMC, the price of a contract concluded with a single supplier, and the initial price of a unit of goods;
at the stage of conclusion and execution of the contract — when applying the form of a standard contract for the supply of medicines and sending information to the register of contracts.
