The Ministry of industry and trade has proposed a new standard state contract for the purchase of electronic and optical equipment

The Agency plans to approve a standard contract to replace the current one.

As before, the document will be applied if the purchase item belongs to the OKPD2 code 33.13. there are no Restrictions on the NMCC.

In General, the document was brought into compliance with the current legislation on the contract system. So, in the section on liability of the parties, we took into account the norm on calculating late payment penalties based on the cost of the contract stage.

Also adjusted the provisions for the enforcement of the contract. They plan to define it according to the new rules.

The public discussion ends on December 3.
